Orders are shipped within 2 days unless otherwise specified, via US Priority Mail (2 - 3 days). Shipping is currently available only within the continental United States.
Refund and Exchange Policies:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund the purchase price minus a $6 restocking fee.
Simply return the item to us with all tags and product packaging, within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly give you an refund once the item is received at our store. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method. Shipping of returns back to our store is at the customer's expense and is non-refundable.
Any clothing item must be neatly folded and unwashed and unworn (except for trying it on), and must have all tags still attached. Please also include a copy of the packing slip/invoice.
For refunds, the credit card used for the original purchase will be credited.
Please note it takes 1-2 weeks to process returns and exchanges.
If product is returned without tags or product packaging or has been worn (except for trying it on), we will be unable to grant a refund. Customer will be contacted and product will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Please notify us of any claims for merchandise received damaged in transit within 3 days of receipt.
